Cancelation & Returen

However, we also understand that sometimes situations change—an order may need to be canceled, or a product may need to be returned. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch – You can cancel your order any time before it is packed and shipped. Simply go to your order section and choose the cancel option, or contact our customer support team. No cancellation charges will apply if the order has not yet been dispatched.

After Dispatch – Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still be eligible for a return once the product is delivered, depending on the product category.

Restaurant/Perishable Orders – Orders such as meals, fresh groceries, and sweets cannot be canceled once prepared or dispatched, as these are perishable items.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you can request a return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (for non-perishable items).

Certain products such as medicines, personal care items, and perishable goods (food, sweets, groceries) are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.

Return Process

Contact our customer support team or initiate a return through your account section.

Our delivery partner will schedule a pickup of the item, if applicable.

Once the product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement. Please raise the request within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photo/video).

Exceptions

Medicines: Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once medicines are delivered.

Fresh Food, Groceries, and Sweets: These items cannot be returned unless they are delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition.

Customized or Special Orders: Products made on demand (such as special food orders) are non-returnable.
